Battle Tournament rules are available here.
The Lineage II Battle Tournament is a Player vs. Player competition between 32 teams that will take place on a temporary event server throughout the month of April. Competing teams will be entered into an elimination style tournament bracket, with the opportunity to prove themselves to the entire Lineage II community.
Competition Requirements
Team leaders must fill out all required information in the registration system to create a team. Once a team is created, all other team members must log into the registration system and join the team. Once the team is complete, the team leader locks the team and the application is entered. All participating characters must be level 61 or higher on their competing class, and teams must consist of nine (9) members in the following combinations:
- One (1) of the following classes:
- Dark Avenger / Hell Knight

Each team may also designate six (6) alternates (one alternate for every class category). The alternates must also log into the registration system and join the team.
Characters may compete on their subclass, provided they meet the competition requirements. Characters participating with their subclass must use that class for the entirety of the competition and may not switch to their main or other subclasses.
All characters on teams must play on the same server as the Team Leader. All registration form entries must be complete and accurate, and all participants must meet the listed requirements before submission.
Registration Requirements
Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis when determining participation, with a minimum of three teams per server selected. A 13.5 million Adena entry fee will be charged to each accepted team entry. This amount will be removed from the team leader’s inventory on a day after the final 32 teams are announced.
Prizes
The winning team will receive a prize of assorted A grade helmets and their character names will appear in a gold color on their server for a period of time. Alternates will not receive a prize unless they compete in the final round, and are only eligible to win the gold name prize.
In addition, the server home to the winning team will be treated to two weeks of the Event Gatekeepers, who will offer Noblesse teleports to all players on that server.
Competition Information
All potential competitors must register during the week of March 31st – April 7th.
The first 2 division competitions will occur on the weekend of April 15th. The second 2 divisions will compete on the weekend of April 22nd. The semi-finals and finals will occur on the weekend of April 29nd. A complete bracket and schedule will be announced on the official Lineage II web site one week prior to the competition start date, as well as the complete competition rules and regulations.
